updated colouring tutorial

Like the first one [link] but with a few little additions in the timesaving department - and a whole lot more writing !__!

Oh, and it's absolutely massive. For me, anyway! xD

Hopefully it's useful! It's also designed for Photoshop version 7+, however almost everything in it can be done on Paint, in a rather more long-winded way, so don't ask if it's compatible with [X], because the answer is: yes, mostly. More advanced programmes will probably have equivalents to everything I mention anyway x)
